                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH FRED L. EDGEMON
                   CONSTRUCTION COMPANY RELATIVE TO THE
                   INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
                   INTERSECTION OF STATE ROUTE 320 (EAST
                   BRAINERD ROAD) AT ENGEL AVENUE/EDGEMON
                   DEVELOPMENT DRIVEWAY.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Agreement with Fred L. Edgemon Construction Company relative to
       the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State 

       Route 320 (East Brainerd Road) at Engel Avenue/Edgemon 
Development
       Driveway and for the City of Chattanooga to inspect and maintain
       the signal following installation.
